Announcing our 2023 Hopi Economic Summit
Hopi Credit Association would like to invite you to join us at the 1st Annual Hopi Economic Summit at the beautiful Moenkopi Legacy Inn & Suites in Moenkopi, AZ. This event will also feature our annual Small Business Directory Exposition and Fair. Mark your calendar for July 30th, 2024 to join us.
Our 1st Annual event will focus on bringing awareness to the fact we are fully invested in boosting the Hopi economy. Through the summit we aim to motivate and engage artisans, self-employed, and local Hopi entrepreneurs as well as provide small Hopi-owned businesses the opportunity to contribute to our annual event. Most importantly, this event will encourage tribal leadership to engage with our small business patrons, and exchange information of needs and future improvements planned for our local people. Hopi Credit Association recognizes a disconnect between these two parties, and will make an effort to close that gap of communication through the 2024 Hopi Economic Summit.

Support Hopi Small Business
Hopi Credit Association supports Hopi small business owners, artisans, and entrepreneurs by providing training, lending, and other resources to aid their economic ventures on Hopi to succeed.
In 2020 Hopi Credit Association started the “Support Hopi Small Business” campaign, to bring awareness of the need for entrepreneurial support throughout the Hopi reservation. Support Hopi Small Business efforts include:
- Local Small Business Directory
- Annual Small Business Directory Exposition and Fair
- Small Business Week Training Sessions
- Small Business Local Networking Gatherings
- NEW! Annual Hopi Economic Summit

Hopi Credit Association Business Lending
The HCA has several products geared to the business owner on Hopi. Business loans up to $100,000.00 may be applied for to assist in business expansion or start-up. The HCA also offers a micro-enterprise loan up to $5,000.00 to assist small business owners in the purchase of raw materials, or supplies, and for other small purchases. Each of our Business loans require a Hopi Business License of Peddlers Permit. Please contact the Hopi Tribe Office of Revenue Commission at (928) 738-2205 for more information.
